   COVID 19 Precautions

          Your health is priority, Please find new precautions procedure listed below:

 

  • Client is not to workout if any symptoms of sneezing, coughing, sore throat, or fever are present.  

  • A request for temperature reading prior to each session. Client must advise if travel has occurred from state to state.

  • At all times Instructor will wear a mask and gloves, Clients must have their own mask and gloves prior to workout.

  • Clients can keep their shoes on or off during the workout.

  • Studio will be sanitized with anti bacterial alcohol/bleach soap solution, for floor matts and gym equipment.

  • Once a client arrives, Instructor will hand the electro vest and shorts to client. Once suited, Instructor will fix and tighten the straps for the arms & legs.

  • Next, Instructor will connect the electro cable lead, once connected the Instructor will stand 7 feet from client, This distance can be achieved consistent throughout the session.

  • Once workout is completed, client will remove the vest and step out of shorts. and proceed to changing room.
